Wine tasting in Alsace
The Introduktion in the beginning was very interesting and to see the cellar excellent. The aperitif to eat was really nice. The wines for tasting have been specially the white wine for a long time served in the glasses before the degustation started. White wine has to be cold so the taste was not good at all so we didn’t buy a lot. The place needs to be renovated as long chairs and tables are not the furnitures for a nice atmosphere during a wine tasting.
